Agreement

By accessing this site or buying our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Shipping

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 5–11 business days within the US (7–18 business days internationally). Shipping is free on orders over $50, otherwise a $5.99 flat rate applies. Delivery windows are good-faith estimates and not guarantees — carrier delays, customs clearance and peak periods can extend them. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return — items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with all accessories included. Used or opened hygiene-sensitive items can't be resold, so they aren't eligible.

For hygiene reasons, tools that contact skin, scalp or lashes are only returnable if they are unused and unopened. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns that arrive used, incomplete or without their original packaging will be declined and returned to you. Items that arrive damaged or faulty are replaced free of charge and are exempt from the unused requirement. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Use of products

Egotox tools are cosmetic devices intended for personal, at-home use. Read the included instructions before use. Nothing we sell or publish is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take photosensitising medication or have a specific skin concern, consult a healthcare professional first. We are not liable for misuse or use contrary to the instructions.

No warranty

Products are sold as-is, without any express warranty beyond the return and replacement rights described above and any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — logos, photos, copy, designs — is owned by Egotox and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Egotox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
