Shipping

  • Processing: 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
  • Standard US delivery (5–11 business days): Free on orders $50+, otherwise $5.99 flat.
  • International (7–18 business days): Rates calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
  • All orders ship with tracking. You'll get a link by email the moment your package leaves the warehouse.
  • Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs and peak periods can add time.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return — items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with all accessories included. Used or opened hygiene-sensitive items can't be resold, so they aren't eligible.

For hygiene reasons, tools that contact skin, scalp or lashes are only returnable if they are unused and unopened.

To start a return, email hello@egotox.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Returns received used, damaged by use, missing parts or without original packaging can't be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return, then posted to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Cancellations & address changes

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change or cancel it if it hasn't shipped. Once tracking is generated, treat it as a return instead.

Damaged or wrong item?

We're sorry — that's on us. Email a photo to hello@egotox.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost. Faulty items don't need to be unused.
