Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with packaging. To start a return, email hello@egotox.com with your order number — we'll send a prepaid label.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return and posted to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Warranty

Every Egotox device is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If something stops working, we'll replace it — no receipt gymnastics required.
